On August 2nd, something truly special happened: for the first time in nine years, the teams at Cargobot and ITS came together in one place for a joint offsite, in a moment that felt both long overdue and perfectly timed.

We gathered in Llanogrande, surrounded by nature, good energy, and even better people, to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the purpose that drives both of our companies forward.
This wasn’t just an offsite—it was a milestone.
The evening began with a warm welcome and light appetizers, as team members from both companies mingled and got to know one another beyond the screens. It wasn’t long before the music turned up and the dancing began—Latin rhythms set the tone for a joyful, celebratory afternoon.
A Message from the Heart
Midway through the event, our CEO Fernando Correa gathered everyone for a heartfelt moment of reflection and a message that stayed with all of us.
He began by acknowledging just how meaningful this moment was: after nearly a decade, the teams behind Cargobot and ITS were finally sharing the same space. This wasn’t just symbolic—it was a powerful reminder of the shared dream that started it all.
And that dream, Fernando reminded us, started with Catalina—his wife, co-founder, and CEO of ITS.

Together, Fernando and Catalina co-founded Cargobot, guided by a vision to do things differently—to build companies that were value-driven, resilient, and people-centered.
“We’re not here just to move freight—we’re here to move it differently,” Fernando shared. “We’ve grown by protecting our culture, by holding on to our values, and by building a team we can trust.”
It was more than a company update, it was a powerful moment of clarity and connection. A reminder of everything we’ve overcome—wars, crises, a pandemic—and that we’re still here: financially strong, values-driven, and ready for what’s next. Above all, it was a call to keep building something meaningful, together.
Dinner & Deeper Connections
After Fernando’s words, we gathered around the table for a delicious grill dinner. The conversations flowed as freely as the music—team members laughing, dancing, sharing stories, and discovering how much we all have in common, even across company lines.

There was no mistaking it: this was the kind of culture you can feel.
Looking Ahead
We left Llanogrande with more than just memories. We left recharged, realigned, and ready for the future. Here’s to big dreams, bold moves, and a culture built to last. Here´s to Cargobot and ITS—not just moving freight, but moving the industry forward.
